We're scaling our sales team and running a Discovery Day on 15th April - a structured day where you'll meet the team, understand the role properly, and show us what you're made of.
The Role
- As a Sales Development Representative, you'll own the top of our sales funnel:
- Generating consistent, high-quality opportunities
- You'll get structured training, a clear playbook, and day-to-day coaching - with a defined path to Energy Consultant / Account Manager in 6–12 months (OTE £40,000–£70,000+).
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and renewal timelines
- B2B outbound SDR / BDR or energy sales background
- Looking to build a long-term career in the energy sector
- Experience at an energy broker, TPI, supplier or consultancy
- Familiarity with CRMs and energy sales workflows
