Are you a law student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on legal and community experience? The National Community Law Project CIC is offering exciting volunteer opportunities to support our mission of improving access to justice and legal education in the community.

About Us

The National Community Law Project CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing free and accessible legal information, guidance, and community support. We work with individuals and groups to empower them with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Supporting casework, research, and community legal projects.
• Assisting with the drafting of policies, reports, and educational materials.
• Helping to deliver workshops and community engagement sessions.
• Working alongside experienced advisors, project managers, and community leaders.
• Developing practical skills in:
• Legal research and drafting
• Client and service user engagement
• Project development and management
• Community outreach and education

What We\’re Looking For

• Current law students, graduates, or early career professionals.
• A passion for community service and a genuine interest in improving access to justice.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional team.
• Open to those seeking experience for training contracts, pupillage applications, or future legal careers.

Commitment & Location

• Flexible volunteering, with a minimum 6-month commitment preferred.
• Fully remote role, with regular team meetings on Zoom.
