The Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define and communicate the value of our products to the education sector. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will act as the voice of the market within the business and the voice of the product in the market. You will lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, building scalable processes and ways of working that ensure smooth, well-coordinated rollouts across teams. Working closely with Product Managers, you will translate product developments into clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that resonates with educational leaders and decision-makers. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable leading launches, conducting market and competitive analysis, and enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the insights and tools they need to drive adoption and revenue. You are a strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering measurable commercial impact.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role within a B2B SaaS startup, scale-up, or technology company (experience in the education sector is a bonus)
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Experience working on multi-product platforms or complex product portfolios
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, competitive insights, and sales enablement materials
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
- Confident cross-functional collaborator, with experience working closely with Product, Sales, and senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach - comfortable shaping strategy and delivering executional assets
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and benefit-led messaging
- Ability to build strong working relationships in a remote or distributed team environment
Job Responsibilities
- Develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with educational professionals, leaders, and decision-makers
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and feature releases, managing the process end-to-end
- Lead product repackaging and repositioning initiatives to better align with customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial strategy
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure successful product releases and strong market impact
- Create compelling marketing content and in-product messaging to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
- Act as the connective link between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, messaging, and customer insights
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, one-pagers, and competitive resources
- Enable commercial teams with the training, tools, and insights needed to confidently position products and win in the market
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and strengthen positioning
