The Role
As an Education Consultant, you will drive new and cross-sell revenue within your pipeline and territory by engaging key decision-makers and understanding their needs. You will generate leads, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

What You’ll Bring:- Proven success in outbound and inbound sales roles, with a track record of exceeding targets in the Education or SaaS sectors

Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting TNC (The National College), CM (Compliance Management), and PD (People Development)
- Conduct high-volume outreach, including daily calls and prospecting via LinkedIn and other tools, to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and competitor landscape
- Manage sales opportunities effectively while adhering to established sales processes
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed targets
- Deliver engaging platform demonstrations to showcase product features
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunities
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Use social media and attend events to support marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve wider business objectives
- Execute sales strategies to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
