We are now seeking an SDR to help lead that work.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify leads that align with the ideal customer profile
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Schedule qualified meetings or product demos for the sales or account executive team
- Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and lead data into HubSpot
- Nurture relationships with leads through timely follow-ups via email and phone
- Progress qualified leads through the sales funnel by connecting them with the appropriate Education Consultant and scheduling meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs, such as the number of calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Stay up to date on the company’s offerings, market trends, and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share lead insights and improve targeting and messaging
- Work closely with the International Team Manager and Education Consultants to align outreach efforts and support team goals
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of booking high-quality demos or meetings, consistently exceeding outreach and activity targets
- Comfortable initiating cold contact, including cold calling and outbound messaging
- Skilled in researching accounts and contacts to craft tailored, relevant outreach that resonates with decision-makers
- Experienced in self‑prospecting and managing data to build and maintain accurate target lists
- Thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments; takes initiative, actively seeks feedback, and is motivated to learn and grow
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong data management abilities, including building and maintaining targeted client lists
