The Role: We’re looking for a Management Accountant who is not only technically skilled but also a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. This is a pivotal role within our finance team — perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities for improvement, and driving change. You’ll handle core month-end and reporting processes, but you’ll also play a hands-on role in shaping financial decision-making, implementing smarter ways of working, and helping us build a more digitally focused finance function.
Requirements:
- Taking ownership of month-end procedures
- Delivering variance analysis with insightful commentary
- Managing purchase and sales ledgers
- Handling bank and account reconciliations
- Overseeing the central contracts store
