The Role
As a Digital/Education Consultant – Early Years, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of TNC's memberships, including CPD, CM, and PD, across the early years sector. You will be responsible for introducing these solutions to both prospective and existing customers, helping nursery schools and groups enhance professional development and educational outcomes. Your primary focus will be to expand TNC's presence within the nursery market by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with key decision-makers across early years settings. Through a combination of targeted outbound prospecting and the effective management of inbound enquiries, you will identify customer needs, understand the challenges they face, and qualify high-quality sales opportunities. You will research target organisations and buyer personas, deliver a consultative sales approach, and guide prospects through the digital acquisition and sales journey. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will maintain a healthy sales pipeline, convert opportunities into long-term customers, and contribute to achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
- A proven track record of delivering high performance and success in outreach, pitching, and closing new business opportunities
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling and proactively initiating conversations with prospective customers
- Skilled in researching prospective clients to create personalised and impactful communications
- Previous experience in self-prospecting and managing customer data to build and maintain targeted prospect lists
- A genuine interest in technology and/or the education sector, with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions
- A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys working towards ambitious goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage data efficiently and develop targeted client lists
