We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator within our HR Shared Services hub to support across the whole organisation. You’ll provide high-quality recruitment administrative support to managers and new starters, ensuring timely delivery of an administrative service across the organisation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and new starters across the organisation for recruitment and onboarding queries and processes.
  • Work recruitment and onboarding queries that have been triaged through to completion ensuring they are responded to in line with service level agreements.
  • Use agreed ways of working and the service catalogue to meet service delivery expectations, adhering to service level agreements and escalating queries in the shared services.
  • Action and complete all onboarding activities for new starters - creating offer letters, welcome emails, contracts and pre-employment checks - and update the live onboarding tracker and relevant systems.
  • Initiate, track and complete related pre-employment checks through the Experian system (right to work, Criminal Record Checks and referencing) ensuring all compliance is accurate and met in line with the organisation and regulatory requirements.
  • Advertise jobs on the relevant platforms for approved roles and respond to any queries from managers.
  • Inputting contractual HR information once received for the new starters into the HR System.
  • Responding to queries in line with HR regulations and policies.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
