Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a National Maintenance Manager to work within the Estates Team.
- To support the Head of Estates in ensuring that the premises and facilities are cost effectively managed & maintained to a high standard, meet statutory compliance requirements, good practice and business needs.
- Lead the maintenance function consisting of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and minor refurbishment projects, via a combination of the Area Facility Managers (who are direct reports to this role), in-house maintenance teams, outsourced contractors and specialist consultants as required.
- To ensure the facilities function operates effectively and efficiently, within budget & fully supports the Services and Directorates in the region in achieving their goals.
- To develop and deliver a forward-looking planned maintenance programme linked to condition surveys and to requirements of external regulatory bodies.
This is a Full-Time position for 37.5 hours per week.
