This advert is for one full-time Autism Centre Manager position based at Glamorgan House, Neath. The salary for this position is £33,295.97 - £35,376.97, dependent on experience.

We support individuals to understand their autism diagnosis and how it may impact their lives and those around them. Our services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day, in both urban and rural settings.

The role includes:
- Leading and monitoring all aspects of managing the designated adult learner services.
- Supporting service development and strategy, including expanding services within centres and the community.
- Supporting Team Leaders in managing service quality and ensuring compliance with NAS policies and ethos.
- Project managing the development of adult learner support services.
- Ensuring service users receive the highest standards of professional support.
- Promoting growth and independence as identified in PCP plans and approaches.
Possession of a valid driving license (minimum one year) is desirable.
