Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have exciting opportunities for Money Advice/Debt Caseworker to join this expanding service. We're also open to considering trainees for this role.
What you'll be doing
As a Money Advice Caseworker, you will provide guidance on social welfare rights, manage casework, and deliver services through various channels, including remote options and in-person at designated venues. You'll be working closely with clients to improve their financial wellbeing and quality of life.
We are looking for applicants with relevant experience in debt advice or transferable skills for trainees.
