Citizens Advice Luton is a well-respected local charity with decades of experience delivering free, independent information, advice and casework to residents. We are recruiting a Debt Advice Caseworker (trainee or already qualified) to join our specialist debt team.
Full training will be provided. You will assess clients and provide advice through telephone, face to face and email, helping them to explore options, liaise with creditors, signpost and plan next steps.
