Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is seeking a Housing and Debt Telephone Caseworker (TAS, Legal Aid) to deliver telephone advice on housing and related debt matters from our Derby office. The role supports clients through a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2028, with a 40-hour week.
The successful candidate will work in the TAS within the Legal department, providing clear, empathetic guidance and ensuring compliance with Legal Aid procedures while handling housing-related cases.
