Citizens Advice in Liverpool is seeking an Energy Debt Specialist to provide a high-quality inbound debt advice service as part of a new Consumer Energy Debt Advice project.
The role requires experience in debt casework, strong communication, and the ability to meet performance targets within a 3-month training period. Hybrid working, fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028, 35 hours per week.
