About the role
Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to provide high-quality, proactive support at the heart of our growing organisation.
This is much more than an administrative role. Working closely with our Chair, Board of Trustees, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management Team, you’ll help keep our senior leaders organised, connected and focused on delivering our priorities and plans for the future.
You’ll play an important role in supporting effective Board and governance arrangements, coordinating meetings and papers, managing complex diaries, tracking actions and deadlines, and ensuring information and communication are handled accurately and confidentially.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior leaders, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be someone who can anticipate what’s needed, build strong professional relationships and take pride in making sure things run smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is growing its services, reaching more people across Sandwell and Walsall and developing ambitious plans for the future.
If you’re an experienced administrator or Executive Assistant looking for a role where you can make a real contribution at senior level, we’d love to hear from you.
