The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking a Debt Caseworker to join our team in Grantham or Spalding. You will deliver quality advice and ongoing casework to clients experiencing consumer debt, with a focus on energy debt, handling inbound calls and scheduling appointments with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Full training will be provided and you will assist clients in identifying options to maximise income or reduce expenditure while supporting them to move forward.
