The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking a Telephone Adviser to join our Crisis and Resilience service across Derbyshire. This 37-hour-per-week permanent role offers hybrid working in Chesterfield, Buxton or Ilkeston.
You will be the first point of contact, understanding clients’ needs and delivering holistic advice on benefits, income, debt, housing, energy and budgeting, with referrals to local services and emergency assistance as needed.
