Part-Time Administrator: Location: Northamptonshire Salary: 26,000 27,000 FTE, pro rata for 22.5 hours Hours: 22.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Part-Time The National Allotment Society (NAS) is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to join our small Head Office team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the office, membership administration and the wider work of the Society. You ll also be one of the first points of contact for members, so excellent customer service and communication skills are important. Key Responsibilities * Respond to telephone and email enquiries, providing helpful information and directing specialist queries where appropriate. * Support membership administration, maintaining accurate records and updating databases and website information. * Process correspondence, post and routine documentation. * Assist with orders, invoices, goods despatch, deliveries and courier collections. * Maintain office supplies, literature and other materials. * Support the organisation of shows, events, meetings and occasional NAS events. * Greet visitors and help maintain a professional and welcoming Head Office. * Provide general administrative support across the organisation and help ensure the office runs efficiently.
