A high-profile family is seeking a kind, professional and experienced Rota Nanny to support their delightful 2‑year‑old daughter.

The role

  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
  • Working alongside an experienced Norland Nanny
  • Frequent travel to the US
  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

We're looking for an exceptional nanny with early years training (Norland or equivalent preferred), a genuine passion for child development and educational learning, and proven experience caring for toddlers in private households.

Qualifications

  • Strong childcare and early years skills, including experience caring for children across different age groups and supporting their developmental milestones.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging educational, creative, and play‑based activities that encourage learning, curiosity, and independence.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle routines, schedules, and rota patterns effectively.
  • Clear, respectful communication skills for working closely with parents, other household staff, and children.
  • Proven ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and discretion, with the capacity to adapt to each family’s preferences and household culture.
  • Relevant childcare qualifications (e. g., Early Years, childcare diploma, or equivalent) and up‑to‑date pediatric first aid certification are highly desirable.
  • Enhanced background check suitability and prior experience in private households or nanny roles, ideally including rota or shared care arrangements.
