Do you love creating calm? If you are a therapist who thrives in slower, sensory, deeply relaxing treatments, this role is for you. As part of our 2026 expansion, The Nail & Body Boutique is introducing elevated spa rituals including Japanese Head Spa experiences, Lava Shell massages and luxury body treatments. We are building a dedicated Spa Team to deliver beautiful, immersive experiences within a structured, supportive luxury environment.

This is not rushed back-to-back basic massage. This is intentional, high-standard, sensory wellness.

The Role – Spa Therapist

We are looking for a therapist who:

  • Has at least 1 year massage/body treatment experience
  • Creates a calming, nurturing client experience
  • Has excellent pressure control and confidence in massage techniques
  • Understands consultation, aftercare and client retention
  • Takes pride in treatment room standards and presentation

You must confidently perform:

  • Full body massage
  • Lava Shell massage
  • Body scrubs
  • Body wraps
  • Scalp massage

Experience in holistic therapies is desirable (aromatherapy, reflexology, etc.). Full training will be provided for:

  • Japanese Head Spa treatments
  • Our signature spa rituals
  • Product protocols & sensory journey standards

Salary & Rewards
