Job Description Summary:
The Blade Project Planner is responsible for managing the planning process, optimizing task allocation, and ensuring alignment with execution teams for one or multiple projects focusing on blade design upgrades. This role involves close coordination with department heads to maintain an efficient and realistic schedule.
Key responsibilities and Authorities:
- Develop and manage the Gantt chart for implementation project activities.
- Collaborate with operational areas and external contractors to forecast workload and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Adjust schedules based on resource availability, weather conditions, and emerging priorities.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to execution compliance.
- Support cross-functional teams to successfully deliver the project.
- Support decision-making by providing detailed reports on planning adherence.
Technical and cross Competences (Optional):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling and planning.
- Proficiency in planning software and data visualization tools (e.g., Maximo, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Wind Turbine technology, especially on blade technology and design.
- Detailed understanding of Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Multiple languages for high level of communication.
Travel Requirements (Optional):
Availability to travel 25% across Europe.
