The Myton Hospices is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee the performance of multiple charity shops in South Warwickshire and Daventry.
You will drive income, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of customer service in line with Myton's values.
The role requires leading a large team, recruiting and mentoring staff and volunteers, and regular site visits to Coventry, Rugby and Warwick. A full driving licence is essential.
