We are looking for a Relief Shop Manager to join our welcoming charity retail team, covering a network of charity shops across South Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and recruiting volunteers
- Generating high‑quality stock donations
- Undertaking administration
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Maximising sales, e.g. through Gift Aid and our fundraising lottery
Qualifications:
- Retail experience
- Experience of managing a team of volunteers
- Ability to work alone and with multiple teams
- Confidence in calculating figures and working with financial targets
- Full UK driving licence and a vehicle you can use for work
Eligibility:
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
- An enhanced DBS check, including the children's barred list, will be arranged and covered by the charity. This is required for managing volunteers under the age of 16.
