We are looking for temporary support from an experienced database assistant to help with data cleansing, record preparation, data importing and data validation for our CRM system Donorflex. The role will handle day-to-day database records administration and preparatory work for a key project to migrate to a new CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Cleansing and importing/inputting large volume data sets
- Preparing data for import and potentially export into the new CRM
- Checking data for accuracy
- Running and processing income reports
The position will ensure accurate, maintained donor and supporter data so that communications and income processing are effective.
Working Hours and Location
Hours can be arranged across 3, 4 or 5 days a week within 8 am–5 pm. The main base is at Warwick Hospice, with remote work allowed after training.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of high-volume data processing, cleansing and inputting
- Ability to spot errors in data and assist in resolving them
- Experience in roles such as Database Administrator, Data Assistant, CRM Administrator or CRM Assistant
