The predicted salary is between 38141 - 46617 Β£ per year.
You'll provide operational leadership for Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, a Clinical Administrator, trained Volunteers, and a Community Support Services Manager.
Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners, you'll ensure services remain responsive and aligned to local need.
You'll also undertake clinical duties as part of your work plan.
We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for holistic palliative and end of life care, to lead and develop our Patient & Carer Wellbeing and Community Support Services.,
- Post-registration Palliative Care qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of leading a team and managing change
- Experience in palliative care or community settings, including needs assessment / care planning, symptom assessment and management for patients with life-limiting illness
- Ability to place the patient and family at the centre of care
- Communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
An enhanced DBS check will be required, including children's and adults' barring list checks, because you'll be providing healthcare to patients and families.
We will arrange and cover the cost of this check, if you are offered the role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Leadership team, within a forward-thinking hospice environment, shaping and innovating patient-centred services.
You'll work on site at our hospices in Rugby, Warwick and Coventry.
Coventry will be your main base.
