We support independent record labels, distributors, publishers, and recording artists with royalty processing, financial, and administrative services. Our mission is simple: make our clients’ lives easier by taking the complexity out of royalties and solving problems before they become headaches. We're a fun, friendly bunch of misfits who value collaboration, innovation, and each other. Fully remote, genuinely supportive, and always looking to improve.
You'll work as part of a close-knit team across a varied client base, processing financial, catalogue, and contractual data to deliver accurate royalty reporting on monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly cycles, but the real goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients. It's detail-oriented work, but it's also people-oriented; you'll frequently interact with other members of the team, and occasionally directly with clients, so how you communicate matters just as much as how you calculate.
Who You Are
- You live in the UK and are available to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
- You’re comfortable in a client-facing role
- You're calm under pressure and can prioritise without panicking
- You're confident enough to say, "I don't know, but I'll find out", and then actually find out
- You think critically and enjoy solving problems, not just processing them
- You're comfortable with numbers and data, and reasonably handy with Excel
- You communicate clearly and warmly, whether that's with a colleague or a client
- You're methodical and attentive to detail, but you don't lose sight of the bigger picture
- You're a quick learner who adapts well to new systems and ways of working
- You're happy working remotely and self-sufficiently day to day
What We Offer
- A fully remote role with flexible core hours
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional time off in December, usually around 2 weeks
- A starting salary of £25,500 with an increase after a successful probation period
- Healthcare Cash Plan
- A genuinely supportive team with deep royalties expertise
- Occasional in-person get-togethers (the fun kind)
- A place where curiosity and good character are valued as much as a tidy spreadsheet
