Our client, an award-winning experiential events company, is seeking a seasoned Production Manager (Live Touring & Events) to work with one of the company’s flagship brands and be responsible for touring and production in the UK and Europe for up to 100 shows a year.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for the production and tour logistics of tours across the UK and Europe.
- Overseeing touring and production logistics.
- Managing show logistics.
- Managing production crews.
- Forecasting production budgets.
- Delivering productions within budgets.
- Applying knowledge of technical show production.
Requirements:
- Substantial and meaningful professional experience in live touring production.
- Robust knowledge of production management across an array of shows.
- Substantial and deep understanding of technical show production.
- Experience overseeing touring and production logistics to include technical advances, travel/accommodation booking, and managing show logistics.
- Possess a current network of production suppliers and personnel in the UK and beyond.
- Background in production costing and negotiating.
- Experience staffing and managing production crews.
- Experience working within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Competency working with spreadsheets and computers.
- Good communication skills.
- Robust organizational skills and an eye for detail.
