Our client, an innovative record label and music publisher, is seeking a Label Assistant with a solid understanding of the music industry. The role offers exposure to various areas of the business and the opportunity to work with exciting artists in a creative environment. The company offers Fridays as WFH.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with digital release setup via distributor portals
- Coordinating with external partners on physical production processes
- Working with artist teams and external agencies on activations and catalogue initiatives
- Supporting marketing with creative campaign preparation and asset organisation
- Contributing creative ideas and research for digital marketing and catalogue optimisation
- Managing and collecting metadata, assets and repertoire information with accuracy
- Providing administrative and finance support including invoice processing
Requirements:
- Understanding and experience of digital and physical release processes within the music industry essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience of using digital tools and distributor platforms
- Collaborative approach, confident working with various teams
