As our Social Media Content Creator you will be involved in capturing and editing video content, experimenting with new trends and helping to tell our clients’ stories in a way that is engaging and enjoyable to watch. You will take existing content and repurpose it for social channels, and you will learn how to bring the energy of consumer style social media into the business world.

Where you will work

We offer hybrid flexibility. You can work remotely most of the time, with regular time spent in our vibrant Glasgow city centre offices for collaboration. During your probation period you will spend the majority of your week in the Glasgow office, because learning directly alongside your colleagues is the best way to start.

What you will be doing

  • Capture and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
  • Repurpose existing content such as blogs, webinars and events into short social assets
  • Explore new audio tracks, formats and trends and bring ideas to the team
  • Use editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere to produce engaging work
  • Post, schedule and monitor content performance and report back on what is working
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure content supports wider campaigns

What you will bring

  • A genuine interest in social media and an active presence on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube
  • Perhaps you already have a following or regularly post content for fun
  • Video editing skills in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere or Final Cut
  • A creative eye for storytelling and content that captures attention

  • Any experience managing brand accounts is helpful but not essential
