Overview
We power ambitious B2B brands with growth-driven marketing. Creative thinking, data-led action and a genuinely supportive culture fuel our work with SaaS disruptors, high-growth start-ups and established professional services firms. You’ll join a close-knit team where smart ideas (and even bad jokes) get airtime.
As our SEO Executive, you’ll work closely with our Head of SEO to plan, implement and optimise strategies that drive organic growth and high-quality leads. Expect to learn fast, test new ideas and see clear results from your work. We’ll create a personal development plan with you—whether you want to specialise in technical SEO, become a content optimisation expert, or branch into the full B2B marketing mix.
Where you’ll work
Hybrid flexibility: work remotely most days, join us in our city-centre co-working spaces for collaboration, and attend client meetings in and around Glasgow. During probation you’ll spend most of your week in the office—because shoulder-to-shoulder learning over free coffee can’t be beaten.
Responsibilities
- Carry out keyword research and develop targeted SEO strategies for B2B clients.
- Optimise website content, metadata and on-page elements to improve rankings and traffic.
- Assist in technical SEO audits, including crawl analysis, site speed optimisation and structured data implementation.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, paid media and account management teams to ensure SEO integrates with wider marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging tools, bringing new ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Around 1–2 years’ experience in SEO, either in an agency or client-side role.
- Solid understanding of keyword research tools, on-page optimisation and link-building basics.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush.
- An analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and translating it into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain SEO concepts to non-specialists.
- Google Analytics certification (or ready to earn it in your first month).
You’ll thrive here if you…
- Love B2B and the challenge of making niche propositions rank and convert.
- Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where ideas move quickly from plan to execution.
- Get a buzz from testing new optimisation techniques and tracking measurable results.
- Excited to embrace AI and the changes in search.
