We power ambitious B2B brands with growth-driven marketing. As our SEO Executive, you’ll work closely with our Head of SEO to plan, implement and optimise strategies that drive organic growth and high-quality leads. Expect to learn fast, test new ideas and see clear results from your work. We’ll create a personal development plan with you—whether you want to specialise in technical SEO, become a content optimisation expert, or branch into the full B2B marketing mix.
Where you’ll work
Hybrid flexibility: work remotely most days, join us in our city-centre co-working spaces for collaboration, and attend client meetings in and around Glasgow. During probation you’ll spend most of your week in the office—because shoulder-to-shoulder learning over free coffee can’t be beaten.
Responsibilities
- Carry out keyword research and develop targeted SEO strategies for B2B clients.
- Optimise website content, metadata and on-page elements to improve rankings and traffic.
- Assist in technical SEO audits, including crawl analysis, site speed optimisation and structured data implementation.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, paid media and account management teams to ensure SEO integrates with wider marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging tools, bringing new ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Around 1–2 years’ experience in SEO, either in an agency or client-side role.
- Solid understanding of keyword research tools, on-page optimisation and link-building basics.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush.
- An analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and translating it into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain SEO concepts to non-specialists.
- Google Analytics certification (or ready to earn it in your first month).
