At The Munro Agency, weโ€™re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. This role is perfect for someone who understands the mechanics of digital marketing and enjoys the challenge of managing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring their marketing strategies are data-driven, measurable, and delivering ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and nurture campaigns.
  • Work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Produce content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Support the Marketing Director with customer accounts.
  • Measure and report the performance of campaigns and assess them against set KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing (min. 2 years agency or client side).
  • A keen interest in creating content and copywriting.
  • Managing lead generation and B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Analytical and reporting skills, able to identify insights from data.
  • An organised approach and ability to manage your own workload.
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
