The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section within our kitchen brigade. You will craft high-quality desserts, pastries and bakery items for all areas of the hotel, including Afternoon Tea, weddings and VIP events.
You will report to the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef and play a key role in menu development, quality control and guest-focused sweet experiences.
