The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section, crafting high-quality desserts, pastries, cakes and petits fours for the hotel’s venues, weddings and events.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will own pastry production, drive Afternoon Tea offerings, ensure HACCP compliance, and maintain stock and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
