The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in England is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will own the pastry section, delivering desserts, pastries, and bakery creations for VIP events, weddings and our venues.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will lead Afternoon Tea production, ensure HACCP compliance and create bespoke dessert experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
