This is an exciting opportunity to be part of The Mungo Foundation, where we positively impact the lives of those we support in our various services across Glasgow.
Glasgow Housing Support Service (GHSS) provides housing support to both males and females within their own homes across Glasgow. The people we support are always at the centre of all that we do
We are looking for someone who will work alongside one other Team Leader to support the Registered Service Manager, to implement innovation whilst maintaining a positive environment for both those we support and our amazing staff group. This role is ideal for those ready for the next step on the career ladder. The role of the Team Leader within GHSS is a fast past one and requires quick thinking and a consistent pro-active approach to the role as no two days are the same.
You will be:
· Responsible for the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and support
· Effective management and development of a staff team including rota management
· Communicate effectively with all those we support, their families, other professionals and agencies
· Audit and monitor all areas of systems and practice on regular basis
· Ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place
Shift working including evenings and weekends is a requirement of the post.
