Salary: £13,041.60 – £14,029.60 per annum (£26,520 – £28,560 FTE)

Contract: Part time, Permanent – 19 hours per week

Beacon House is an 8‑bedded service based in Cranhill, Glasgow. We support 8 individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live life to the fullest.

Responsibilities

As a Social Care Team Leader you will support the Registered Service Manager with the delivery of the service. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high‑quality person‑centred approach is delivered. It is an opportunity to showcase your confidence in your own abilities to effectively manage a team. Shift working, including evenings and weekends, is a requirement of the post. Previous working experience with the client group is preferred, and previous supervisory experience is desirable.

About You

Great leadership skills are essential to inspire your team through leading by example and delivering high‑quality, flexible person‑centred support while communicating effectively across all levels and with various external professionals. You will possess excellent organisational skills, IT skills, and experience of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

We will provide training and development to ensure you have the right tools to do a great job and help you build a successful career within the foundation.
