South Glasgow Hub provides community addiction support, our service is provided in the office and the local community. We support people who want to recover from drugs/alcohol, focusing on both harm reduction and abstinence.
As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of people and supporting them with their recovery based on their individual needs. You will work closely with individuals to create tailored recovery plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and connect them with the right services. Your role will be about more than just treatment; it's about restoring hope, building resilience, and helping people reclaim their lives.

We are looking for a Recovery Practitioner to join our diverse team. This role involves carrying and managing your own caseload of people, providing recovery supports, and networking with partner agencies.
