The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: Glasgow, G2

Salary: £12.82 per hour

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week

Our organisation was established in the mid-70s with the goal of providing outstanding social care for individuals with diverse support needs. South Glasgow Hub provides community addiction support, our service is provided in the office and the local community. We support people who want to recover from drugs/alcohol, focusing on both harm reduction and abstinence.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of people and supporting them with their recovery based on their individual needs. You will work closely with individuals to create tailored recovery plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and connect them with the right services. Your role will be about more than just treatment; it's about restoring hope, building resilience, and helping people reclaim their lives.

About You

We are looking for a Recovery Practitioner to join our diverse team. This role involves carrying and managing your own caseload of people, providing recovery supports, and networking with partner agencies.

If successful but unqualified, you will have to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements, but we will support you with this.
