The Cherrywood Project is based in the Elderslie area of Paisley. We are a 9 bedded service; we work over 2 bungalows. We support individuals with profound needs and Autism. The people we support have lived together for a long time and are very settled. We have a great team here at Cherrywood and would like you to come and join us and develop your social skills and knowledge.
I like to spend some quality time with my nightshift worker, relaxing, discussing how our day has been, this is my one-to-one time.
I enjoy a cup of tea and chilling with music on to relax, before being assisted to bed. I will let you know when I want to go to my bed.
Staff will assist me with checks overnight to ensure that I’m comfortable and okay, I like this as I find it reassuring.
In the morning, I like to be assisted up, ready for the day, with my breakfast and to discuss my plans for the day.
