I enjoy a cup of tea and chilling with music on to relax, before being assisted to bed. I will let you know when I want to go to my bed.

Staff will assist me with checks overnight to ensure that I’m comfortable and okay, I like this as I find it reassuring.

In the morning, I like to be assisted up, ready for the day, with my breakfast and to discuss my plans for the day.
