At Lanark we support 9 individuals with learning disabilities to lead independent lives and provide person centred care and support to vulnerable individuals.
Hi, I’m J and I reside in the Lanark Project with 8 other people. I have a learning disability, and I am passionate about life.
I love music and it is a special interest of mine. I enjoy attending raves and going out for lunch. I also like to play Sonic on my PlayStation.
When it comes to supporting me, I require someone who can support me to do all the things I enjoy, share my zest for life and promote my independence.
I sometimes require support overnight; this may be a cuppa and a chat. I need someone who has good values and who has patience and can show empathy.
Are you ready to make a real difference to me and people like me?
