The Mulberry Bush School in Standlake, Witney, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Deputy Head of Education & SENCo to lead SEN provision, develop policy, and guide EHCP processes while shaping the school’s therapeutic ethos.
You will work with teachers, therapists, families and external professionals to ensure safe, trauma-informed learning and staff development, delivering CPD and contributing to overall leadership.
The role is full-time and on site with a strong safeguarding focus.
