MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join the team based in Rockwool, Bridgend. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To complete patrols and vehicle/personnel searches, investigating signs of intrusion and report all findings to management.
  • To monitor the premises for any criminal activity via patrols and CCTV, report all findings to management.
  • To deliver and assist in the training of new employees, visitors or contractors, including PPE requirements.
  • To issue passes for all contractors and visitors, as required.
  • To close any gaps observed within the site’s security.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Good IT Skills
  • Communication skills both oral and written
  • Be reliable and trustworthy
  • A valid SIA Licence
