MSS Facilities Ltd and RSK Group are recruiting a Security Officer to join the team based in Bolton, UK. This is a part‑time, permanent position covering Saturdays and Sundays 20:00‑08:00.
The Role
Provide general security duties in line with policy and procedures set by the Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed KPI targets set by Site Manager in liaison with the client.
- Control reception area and deal with members of the public.
- Adhere to policy and procedures without failure.
- Report and react to any security or site non‑compliance.
- Focus on customer service provision.
- Carry out nightly patrols inside the building.
Qualifications and Experience
- Security experience.
- Ability to remain calm in demanding situations.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Minimum 5 years of checkable work history.
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Willingness to assist with cover shifts.
- Door Supervisor qualification required.
- Enhanced DBS an advantage.
