Security Officer

The Vacancy

MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Security Officer to join the team based in Bolton, UK.

This is a part-time, permanent position. This role will be Saturday and Sunday 20:00 – 08:00.

The Role

To provide general Security Officer duties which may involve a variety of responsibilities in line with policy and procedures set out by the Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed KPI targets set by Site Manager in liaison with the client
• Control Reception area and dealing with members of the public
• Adhere to policy and procedures, without failure
• Report and react to any security or site non compliances
• To be customer & service provision focused
• Carry out Nightly patrols inside building

Qualifications and Experience

• Security experience
• Ability to remain calm in demanding situations
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Minimum 5 year checkable work history
• A valid SIA Licence
• Willing to assist with cover shifts
• Door Supervisor qualification needed for this post
• Enhanced DBS would be an advantage
