Have an exciting new part time role for a Scheduler to join their team. This role will be home based so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK. 4 hours per day Monday to Friday and can be flexible.

The Scheduler is responsible for supporting the operations team by booking survey appointments with Tenants, the majority of which are from our Housing Association customers via telephone. All bookings are to be logged on the diary system, and call data including any tenant feedback is to be logged on project specific excel tracking sheets located on sharepoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book appointments for our surveyors directly with tenants
• Track and record number of calls to each property, incorrect numbers etc
• Respond to basic questions asked by tenants about our service
• Respond to voicemails from tenants looking to schedule a visit.
• Deal with tenants in a respectful and patient way when booking appointments
• Use Red Oxygen Software (automated text messaging system) to remind tenants of appointments.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience required:

• Effective telephone communicator
• Computer skills
• Effective organisation skills
• Time management skills
• Subject Matter Training will be provided.
