MSS Water and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join the team based in Swansea. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carryout accurate and comprehensive Legionella risk assessments and subsequent reports
- Provide the above in the required timescales
- Provide sound advice to clients in a professional manner
- Good representation of Acorn Chemicals
- Use all relevant equipment and measures to ensure safe working and in line with relevant regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrate previous 6 months experience in a similar role
- City & Guilds or similar third party accredited Legionella control training
- Demonstrate ability to work alone in a multi-site capacity, working to strict quality control systems and operational procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic IT applications- MS Word, Excel
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (ACoP L8,HTM: 0401, Water Regulations, BS 8580)
- Full UK Driving License
