The Trade Support Executive is part of a vital department within the Sales Team Function. It is a crucial admin role supporting Trade Partners behind the scenes and elevating the sales function by supporting Sales Managers on the road. This role works closely with other departments including product & revenue, marketing, reservations and finance, bridging the gap between travel agent partners and MSC Cruises.

Responsibilities

  • Create Trade Partner Toolkits for Brand Campaigns and New Promotions
  • Create Window / Social Media Offer Cards
  • Take ownership of the National Trade Social Media Platforms
  • Support organisation of the Trade Ship Visit Programme
  • Liaise with Trade Support Manager to resolve issues escalated to the Trade Support Team

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Required)
  • Fluent in English, including written (Required)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skill
  • Right to live and work in the UK (preferred)
  • Ability to travel
