The project: A major operational transformation programme requiring an experienced governance and delivery professional to bring structure, accountability and visibility across a complex portfolio of operational initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will establish and drive programme governance, executive reporting, portfolio oversight and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
Experienced Programme Governance Manager, PMO Lead or Senior Programme Manager with a track record of operating within large-scale operational or transformation environments. You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working within fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly.
You will be recognised for your ability to create structure from ambiguity, manage senior stakeholders, drive actions to completion and deliver high-quality executive reporting. Strong governance, portfolio management and communication skills are essential.
Key Projects You’ll Lead
- Owning the programme governance framework and reporting cadence, you'll play a key role in ensuring leadership teams have clear visibility of programme progress, risks, priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Owning and managing the fortnightly executive Steering Committee.
- Coordinating updates and reporting across multiple operational workstreams.
- Building executive-level reporting packs and presentation materials.
- Managing actions, decisions, dependencies and governance outputs.
- Developing and maintaining an integrated programme roadmap.
- Supporting monthly leadership and business review meetings.
- Managing schedules, agendas and stakeholder engagement across governance forums.
- Maintaining a clear programme and project portfolio tracker covering priority initiatives and wider backlog activities.
- Supporting governance design and continuous improvement across the programme.
- Providing oversight and coordination across workstream leads and operational stakeholders.
- Delivering ad-hoc reporting, analysis and programme support as required.
