About the Role
We're partnering with a high-growth, customer-centric digital business undergoing a significant period of transformation to find an experienced Director of Product (E-commerce). This is a 12-month fixed-term contract at Director level, stepping into a critical leadership position with responsibility for driving both short-term commercial performance and long-term product strategy across a large-scale B2C platform serving millions of users. You'll play a pivotal role during a time of strategic evolution and AI-driven transformation, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the product function and broader business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and owning the product vision and strategy across core e-commerce experiences.
- Driving measurable commercial outcomes (conversion, retention, revenue, frequency).
- Leading and developing a team of Product Leaders and Managers, maintaining a high bar for impact.
- Navigating and influencing senior stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and executive teams.
- Balancing long-term product investment with short-term trading performance.
- Embedding a culture of experimentation, pace, and accountability.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams.
- Supporting the adoption of AI-driven product capabilities and tooling.

- Strong background in B2C environments.
