We’re partnering with a pioneering AI and consumer intelligence business that is redefining how brands understand what consumers actually want. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded Lead Product Manager who began their career in New Product Development (NPD) within a consumer-facing business before moving into digital, AI-enabled product management and go-to-market leadership. The company sits at the intersection of consumer research, data intelligence, and AI, helping some of the world’s best-known brands make smarter product and innovation decisions.

You’ll lead the development of new customer-facing products and AI-powered features that help brands uncover insights, validate ideas, and accelerate innovation. But this role is about more than product delivery. You’ll become a key voice of the business externally, representing the company in conversations with customers, stakeholders, and consumers alike. Your background in NPD means you genuinely understand the full lifecycle of how products are conceived, tested, refined, launched, and scaled in consumer markets. You’ll help shape products that solve real commercial and consumer problems, while also influencing how the company brings those solutions to market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Started their career in New Product Development (NPD), innovation, or insights within a consumer-led business
  • Experience working with FMCG, retail, food & beverage, beauty, household, or other consumer categories
  • Transitioned into digital product management, platform product, or AI/data-driven product environments
  • Strong experience building and launching customer-facing digital products or features
  • A commercial mindset with experience supporting go-to-market strategy and customer engagement
  • The ability to speak credibly with both consumers and enterprise customers
  • Experience working closely with data, consumer insights, AI, or research platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
